INGREDIENTS
• Goji berries 15 g
• Green tea 0.5 tsp
• Ginger root 5–7 g
• Water 200 ml
• Lemon (optional)
PREPARATION
• Bring the water to a boil and let it cool slightly. To preserve the beneficial properties of the berries, do not pour boiling water over them. The water temperature should be around 90 degrees Celsius.
• Put green tea and goji berries in a cup.
• Finely chop the ginger root and also place it in the cup.
• Pour water over the tea mixture. Let it steep for a while. Optionally, you can also add lemon to the tea.
The drink is recommended to be consumed warm. It should not be consumed at night as it is very invigorating.
