Drink 2 tbsp of the solution every morning on an empty stomach until the course is complete without breaks.


Horseradish and Sour Cream Compress

Grate half a glass of horseradish and mix with half a glass of sour cream. Grease the painful area with vegetable oil, apply the mixture onto a cloth, and place it on the affected area. Wrap warmly and lie down for at least an hour.

After removing the compress, wipe the skin with a soft cloth and wrap the area again. Repeat the procedure every night for 12–15 days.
