  • A mash of sour apples (200 g) with honey (1 teaspoon) guarantees peace.
  • Before going to bed, drink a glass of warm milk with a dessert spoon of bee honey.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of common hop fruits and infuse in 0.5 liters of boiled water at room temperature for 5-7 hours. Strain and drink 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of common cumin, 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers, 1 tablespoon of chopped valerian roots, and steep 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a glass of boiling water. Infuse for 1-2 hours, strain, and drink one-third of a glass 3 times a day.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of common hop fruits, 2 tablespoons of peppermint, and 1 tablespoon of chopped valerian roots, and steep 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a glass of boiling water. Infuse for 3-4 hours, strain, and drink one-third of a glass 3 times a day.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of five-lobed motherwort, 1 tablespoon of peppermint, 1 tablespoon of common hop fruits. Crush and mix thoroughly. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a thermos with a glass of boiling water. After 2-3 hours, strain and drink half a glass 2 times a day closer to bedtime.
  • Take 3 tablespoons of crushed St. John’s wort and pour 1 glass of boiling water over it. Infuse in a warm place for 3 hours. Take one-third of a glass 3 times a day before meals.
  • Steep 2 tablespoons of common oregano in 2 glasses of boiling water. Infuse for 30 minutes. Take half a glass in a warm state 3-4 times a day before meals.
  • For insomnia, steep 3 g of dried tansy flowers in 0.5 liters of boiling water. Infuse for 1 hour and take 1 tablespoon 2 times a day in the afternoon.
  • Boil 1 tablespoon of fireweed in a glass of water for 15 minutes. Infuse for 1-2 hours and take 2 tablespoons 3 times a day before meals.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of crushed gray blackberry leaves with 2 glasses of boiling water. Infuse for 1 hour and take sips throughout the day.
  • Steep 5 tablespoons of catnip herb in 1 liter of boiling water, infuse for 3 hours, and drink half a glass 4-5 times a day for neurasthenia and restless sleep.
  • Take 3 tablespoons of dried cucumber herb leaves and pour 1.5 glasses of boiling water over them. Infuse in a warm place for 2-3 hours and drink throughout the day in several doses. The treatment course lasts a month.
