Add 500 ml of boiling water to the linden flowers and birch buds, boil for 2 minutes, and strain. Mix the resulting decoction with chopped aloe leaves and honey, then add olive oil. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, shaking the mixture beforehand.
