Aloe vera is considered a real miracle, as it eliminates practically any disease: from digestive problems to cancer, from wounds to constipation.
To prepare the aloe vera macerate, only the Aloe vera sinensis variety will be used, which is usually found as a decorative plant grown in pots.
From a plant that has not been watered for 5 days, leaves are collected, washed, chopped in a blender, or passed through a meat grinder. The mixture with honey: 40% aloe and 60% honey (in volume units).
To expedite the maceration process, add the juice of 1-2 lemons to 500 g of honey and let it infuse for 1 week at room temperature.
Take 2-3 teaspoons 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. It has anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, antidiabetic, antioxidant effects. For diabetics, honey can be replaced with red wine.
This maceration is a good remedy for:
