• Lemon balm leaves (fresh or dried) 1 tsp
• Water 250 ml
PREPARATION
• Place the leaves in a teapot.
• Pour boiling water over them.
• Infuse for 10 minutes.
Consume as warm or cold tea. For taste, add honey, lemon juice, lime. This drink should only be avoided by people with low blood pressure.
