ANTIPERSPIRANT FOOT BATH

Increased foot perspiration (hyperhidrosis) and the accompanying unpleasant odor can cause significant discomfort and insecurity. This issue becomes particularly bothersome in the summer and during physical activities or sports. If foot perspiration is not a symptom of an illness, it can be eliminated with the help of natural plant-based remedies such as oak bark, wormwood, and lemon balm.

Oak bark normalizes the function of sweat glands as it contains compounds essential for this purpose: tannins, pectins, and acids. In cases of excessive sweating, moist soles become a breeding ground for bacteria, but oak bark eliminates them due to its antiseptic and antifungal properties.

To make the foot antiperspirant truly effective, oak bark is combined with other components. An effective solution is a bath with the addition of wormwood and lemon balm. Wormwood excellently eliminates unpleasant foot odor, and lemon balm performs the same function.
