MASK WITH CALENDULA AND OATMEAL FOR OILY FACIAL SKIN

Calendula and oatmeal are effective yet gentle ingredients that:
• Cleanse the skin;
• Remove toxins from cells;
• Have a mild drying effect;
• Normalize the functioning of sebaceous glands.

Thanks to these properties, excessive skin oiliness is also reduced.

However, the calendula and oatmeal mask addresses other existing issues as well:
• Uneven facial tone. Calendula flowers nourish the cells, saturating them with vitamin A, while oatmeal provides moisture and brightens pigmentation spots. As a result, the skin becomes smoother, lighter, and healthier-looking.
• Acne and pimples. Oatmeal serves as an effective absorbent and thoroughly cleanses the skin, while calendula has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. These components not only eliminate breakouts but also prevent their recurrence.
• Blackheads. Both calendula and oatmeal not only cleanse the pores but also have a tightening effect, reducing the quantity and visibility of blackheads.
• Minor skin damage, such as cuts or burns. The combination of oatmeal and calendula flowers promotes cell regeneration, allowing the epidermis to recover faster.

INGREDIENTS:
• Calendula flowers: 1 teaspoon
• Oatmeal: 1 tablespoon
• Water: 100–125 ml

PREPARATION:
• Bring water to a boil and let it cool.
• Grind oatmeal to a flour-like consistency using a coffee grinder (or use ready-made oatmeal).
• In a deep bowl, mix calendula flowers, oatmeal, and water.
• Stir the mixture until its consistency resembles thick sour cream.

Apply the mask to a clean face and leave it on for 35–40 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Do not perform the procedure too often; once a week is sufficient for facial cleansing using this method.

EFFECT:
• Reduction of sebum production.
• Elimination of oily shine.
• Skin cleansing, antiseptic effect.
• Reduction of inflammation (acne, pimples).
• Wound healing.
• Smoothing of scars.
• Giving the skin smoothness, freshness, and a healthy appearance.
