Baths with oat decoction are also extremely beneficial for health. To prepare it, 20 grams of dried oats need to be poured with 1 liter of water and heated without boiling. Let it infuse for 20 minutes and strain into a clean container. Use a liter of the decoction for a bath.
Oats for hepatitis: Rinse half a liter of unpeeled oats and add them to a saucepan with 4 liters of cold water. Boil for about 40 minutes, then cool and strain. Store the medicinal raw material in the refrigerator, heating it just before use. Divide into 4 servings of 250 ml each and take before meals, adding 1 teaspoon of honey.
Also, for this disease and chronic gastritis, the following will help: Take half a cup of washed oat grains. Pour 500 ml of water and let it infuse for 12 days. On the thirteenth day, put the soaked oats swollen in water on the fire and boil for 30 minutes under a lid. Remove from the heat and let it infuse again, this time for 12 hours. Then boil the oat decoction to a volume of 500 ml and drink 100 ml three times a day on an empty stomach.
For gallstone disease, pour half a cup of oat grains into 750 ml of boiled milk. Put it in a preheated oven for 2 hours, then strain. Drink this folk remedy throughout the day.
For the treatment of flu: Pour 1 cup of washed oat grains with a liter of water and let it stand overnight. In the morning, put it on the fire and boil until the mass evaporates by half. Strain and drink warm throughout the day.
