• Yarrow herb: 2 tablespoons
• Boiling water: 250 ml
PREPARATION METHOD
• Prepare the herb.
• Pour boiling water over it.
• Cover.
• Keep on a water bath for 1/4 hour.
To obtain a yarrow infusion, the herb should be poured and left. The proportions remain the same. After straining, add more water to a volume of 200 ml. Drink 15 ml three times a day.
