PREPARATION OF DECOCTION FOR THE TREATMENT OF KIDNEYS AND BLADDER

Bearberry has long been used in the treatment of kidneys and the bladder. It is effective for cystitis, pyelonephritis, pyelocystitis, and chronic urethritis.

Bearberry is known for its diuretic effect, increasing urine production and stimulating its elimination. Additionally, the plant acts as a natural antiseptic, relieving inflammation. It provides results in almost any urinary system disorder, especially in cases of chronic conditions and sluggish progression.

Bearberry is not recommended for acute conditions, but under other circumstances, it is very beneficial. For preventive purposes, bearberry tea is recommended, and for treatment, a decoction of bearberry is most commonly prepared. Importantly, bearberry can be consumed concurrently with antibiotics.

It is prescribed for children, with the dosage determined by a doctor.

INGREDIENTS
• Dried bearberry leaves – 10 g
• Water – 200 ml

PREPARATION
• Pour bearberry into water.
• Bring it to a boil.
• Simmer for 15 minutes.
• Strain.

For adults, it is recommended to drink 1 tablespoon three times a day.

EFFECTS
• Diuretic.
• Disinfectant.
• Antiseptic.
