Traditional Medicine to Increase Potency

The delicate topic of how to improve potency has concerned people since ancient times. For every representative of the male gender, this is a very important aspect of life, directly related not only to obtaining pleasure but also to the continuation of the lineage and a sense of inner self-affirmation. Over the course of human existence, a lot of folk medicine recipes have accumulated to help address this issue.

First and foremost, attention should be paid to phytotherapy. Countless herbal blends and individual plants are fully capable of dealing with weakened male potency. And if you add the right dietary regimen and water procedures to them, the restoration of former abilities will happen faster than you expected.

Remember, if you start treatment with medicinal plants, infusions, and extracts, you need to approach it seriously and follow the recommendations with the specified regularity, strictly adhering to the indicated dosages and methods of preparation of medicinal products. Irregular intake won’t harm, but it also won’t yield positive results.

Traditional medicine for increasing potency offers these recipes, which mainly use dried herbs.

Ginseng – herb No. 1 for eliminating potency problems
This plant has long been recognized as a highly effective aphrodisiac. Obtaining ginseng root is problematic, but using pharmacy tincture is quite suitable for eliminating temporary sexual weakness.

Prepare for long-term treatment and don’t worry about overdosing, as tincture intake does not cause side effects.
Take 35-40 drops of ginseng root tincture, infused in alcohol, twice a day – in the morning and during the day, diluting the specified dose with water.

St. John’s Wort for potency
This herb is used in the form of an infusion: 5 tablespoons of St. John’s Wort are poured with boiling water in the amount of 200 ml and infused for several hours. The prepared infusion should be taken throughout the day in 4 doses. The required course is 14 days.

St. John’s Wort
One of the main properties of this widely known plant is to enhance blood flow to the pelvic organs.
Pour 2 tablespoons of dried herb into a glass of boiling water and wait for 60 minutes. Take it during the day in three stages.

Traditional medicine suggests trying to use St. John’s Wort tincture on vodka:
Pour one part of dry herb with five parts of vodka and infuse for exactly one week. Then take 35-40 drops per day, up to three times.

Melilot
Combine 2 teaspoons of herb in a bottle or other suitable container with 0.5 liters of cooled boiled water and leave it for a period of 7 to 8 hours. Then you can take 100 grams three times a day before the meal.

Lilac
Brew lilac flowers in boiling water, in a proportion of 1 tablespoon per standard glass, and let it cool naturally. Drink the infusion during the day in small doses, about 30 grams at a time. Repeat for 14 days.

Nettle
To increase potency, try the following recipe: put 5 tablespoons of dried nettle seeds into port wine (0.5 liters) or other grape wine brought to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes and infuse for approximately 30 minutes. Take 50 grams before going to bed.

Common Mistletoe
Finely chop the root of the plant, pour 1 cup of just boiled water and let it infuse for about eight hours. Drink 1 tablespoon at a time, repeating three times a day.

Aloe
Mix freshly squeezed aloe juice with honey (1:5). Take 1 teaspoon of the prepared mixture at a time. Repeat three times a day, shortly before meals. Treatment can last up to two months.

Green Tea
Take green tea infusion in alcohol to treat impaired potency. Mix 30 grams of green tea and 150 grams of refined sugar in 1 liter of vodka and store in the refrigerator for 7 days. Take 1 tablespoon immediately after breakfast and the same dose before bedtime.

Onion peel in folk medicine
Pour a couple of handfuls of onion peel into 0.7 liters of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat and strain. Take the medicine cooled in an amount of 300 ml per day, dividing the specified portion into three doses. It’s best to drink the decoction 30 minutes before or the same amount of time after meals. Go through two thirty-day courses with a ten-day break between each of them.

Traditional medicine for increasing potency offers not only individual herbs but also medicinal collections aimed at eliminating sexual weakness.

Pour 150 grams of fresh aloe juice into a mash of 100 grams of crushed rosehip berries and 30 grams of parsley seeds, ground into powder. Add 250 grams of honey and 350 grams of red wine. Infuse for two weeks away from sunlight, periodically shaking the container with the mixture. Take 1 tablespoon – one intake, repeating three times a day, shortly before eating.

These are just a few basic recommendations that have been tested over time and continue to help men maintain their potency at its peak.
