RECIPE FOR A HEALING DRINK DURING MENOPAUSE

Menopause is a natural stage in a woman’s life. During this period, processes take place that affect the restructuring of the body’s functional systems. Often, this is accompanied by a deterioration in health.

During the menopausal period, a woman may experience:

  • Feelings of heat and flushing of the face and neck;
  • Increased sweating during sleep;

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Valerian root with roots
  • 2 tbsp Hawthorn leaves and flowers
  • 2 tbsp Lemon balm herb
  • 250 ml Water

PREPARATION:

  • Finely chop and mix the plant components in the specified quantities.
  • Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and place it in a thermos. Add a cup of boiling water.
  • Infuse for 2-3 hours.
  • Drink the tea three times a day, 1/3 cup each time.
