Cleansing Blood Vessels with Folk Remedies

That’s why in Caucasian cuisine, fatty meat dishes (such as pilaf and kebabs) are heavily seasoned with garlic. Lemon juice also helps with atherosclerosis by improving blood vessel elasticity.
Recipe:
Take 4 lemons with peel and 4 peeled garlic heads, grind them in a meat grinder. Place the mixture in a 3-liter jar, fill it with warm water, and let it sit at room temperature for 3 days, stirring occasionally. After 3 days, strain and store in the refrigerator.
Dosage: Drink 100 ml three times a day. The full course lasts 40 days, requiring four such jars of the mixture.
Garlic-Alcohol Tincture
Garlic-alcohol tincture was used in ancient Tibet as a way to maintain youth, vitality, and excellent health into old age.
Recipe:
Take 150 g of peeled garlic and 150 g of alcohol (or vodka). Chop or crush the garlic in a wooden or porcelain mortar, place it in a glass jar, and pour in the alcohol. Seal tightly and wrap the jar in a dark cloth to block out light. Let it sit in a cool place (not in the refrigerator) for 10 days. After 10 days, strain through a dense cloth and let it settle for another 3 days. Carefully pour the liquid into another container, discarding the sediment.
Dosage:
Take 3 times a day for one month, 30 minutes before meals, diluting the required number of drops in 50 ml of water or milk. Increase the dosage gradually, adding one drop per dose according to a schedule. Once reaching 15 drops, continue with that dosage.
Herbal Blends for Cholesterol Cleansing
A blend of medicinal herbs effectively removes cholesterol plaques.
Recipe:
Mix 100 g of chamomile, immortelle, yarrow, and birch buds. In the evening, take 1 tbsp of the mixture, pour 500 ml of boiling water, and let it steep for 30 minutes. Drink 200 ml at night, adding 1 tsp of honey. In the morning, warm up the remaining infusion, add 1 tsp of honey, and drink 15–20 minutes before breakfast. Repeat daily until the entire herb mixture is used. Store the herbs in a tightly sealed glass jar.
Cleansing with Bay Leaves
Take 7 dried bay leaves, pour 300 ml of boiling water, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it steep for 4 hours. Drink in small sips over 3 days.
Pine Needle and Rosehip Infusion
Mix 5 tbsp of chopped pine needles, 2 tbsp of onion peels, and 2 tbsp of crushed rosehips. Pour 700 ml of boiling water, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, wrap in a blanket, and let it steep overnight. Drink 1 liter per day for a month.
Walnuts for Blood Vessel Cleansing
Walnuts are excellent for cholesterol cleansing.
Recipe:
Grind 1.5 kg of peeled walnuts in a meat grinder and store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp twice a day (morning and evening), drinking 100 ml of water 30 minutes before meals. The course lasts 2 months.
Horseradish, Lemon, and Garlic
Take 250 g of horseradish, 250 g of lemon, and 250 g of garlic, grind them in a meat grinder, and add 250 ml of boiled water. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day.
Dosage: Take 1 tbsp three times a day 30 minutes before meals, with 1 tsp of honey.
Important Precautions
Before starting a blood vessel cleanse, it is advisable to first cleanse the intestines with salt water, as otherwise, toxins and waste will enter the bloodstream, negating the benefits of the cleanse.
Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet is essential—your diet should include foods that thin the blood, such as vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts, and citrus fruits, which help dissolve cholesterol plaques and remove bad cholesterol from the body.
