PREPARATION OF NETTLE INFUSION

Nettle infusion is a popular remedy in folk medicine known for its anti-inflammatory, astringent, cleansing, and diuretic properties. It normalizes metabolic processes, cleanses blood vessels, removes sand from the bladder and kidneys. Additionally, nettle infusion has been proven effective in removing excess mucus from the lungs, aiding expectoration, lowering blood sugar levels, and strengthening the immune system.

• 250 ml of water

PREPARATION METHOD
• Pour boiling water over the raw material.
• Keep on a water bath for 15 minutes, without boiling.
• Cool down.
• Strain.
• Add water to the original volume.

Take three times a day before meals. It is best to conduct treatments in courses: take for 2 weeks, then take a 2-week break.
