Place 1 part of crushed golden roots in a dark (preferably) glass container and fill it with vodka or diluted alcohol (10 parts). Mix the mixture and infuse it for 20 days in a dark place. After this period, pour the liquid into a dark glass bottle and keep it in a cool place.
Adhering to storage conditions (in the dark) for dried roots and tincture prepared from them helps preserve the medicinal properties of the preparation.
Rhodiola rosea tincture is taken in the morning and afternoon (10 drops) before meals. Taking the medicine in the evening can lead to increased excitability of the body. For mental and neurological diseases, the doctor prescribes an individual dosage. The duration of tincture use is from one to two months.
