PREPARATION OF A CALMING INFUSION FOR NERVOUS DISORDERS

Various situations such as exams, public speaking, unsuccessful purchases, holiday preparations, and the completion of challenging mental and physical work can be causes of nervous disorders. Weakness, anxiety, poor sleep, and other symptoms indicate disruptions in the nervous system’s activity.

In such cases, to alleviate the condition and restore physical activity and psychological balance, herbal sedatives can be used. Safe natural anxiolytics include chamomile, motherwort, lime blossom, peppermint, and lemon balm. These herbs can be consumed individually or combined in a herbal blend, as in the recipe below.

These plants are also suitable for preparing baths, helping to relax, eliminate insomnia, and restore normal nervous function.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 tsp chamomile flowers

• 2 tsp motherwort herb

• 2 tsp lime blossom flowers

• 1 tsp peppermint leaves

• 1 tsp lemon balm herb

• 1 liter water

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the components needed for the infusion.
  2. Place 3 tbsp of the mixture into a heat-resistant container.
  3. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the herbs.
  4. Place the container in a water bath for 15 minutes.
  5. Cover the mixture with a lid and let it infuse at room temperature for 45 minutes. Strain.

DOSAGE:

Consume the prepared calming infusion throughout the day, dividing it into 2-3 doses.
