BIRCH BUD INFUSION IS A SAFE REMEDY AGAINST EDEMA-RELATED AILMENTS

 

Birch buds, when properly collected and stored under appropriate conditions, possess numerous beneficial properties.

Since ancient times, an infusion of birch buds has been consumed as a gentle and effective diuretic.

INGREDIENTS

• Birch buds: 10 g

• Boiling water: 200 ml

PREPARATION

• Place the buds in an enamelware container.

• Cover with a lid.

• Simmer for 15 minutes in a water bath.

• Let it steep for 45 minutes.

• Strain the infusion.

• Add water to make it 200 ml.

• Consume warm 40 minutes before meals.

Store the infusion in a cool place.

EFFECT

• Increases diuresis.

• Reduces edema.

• Improves bile excretion.

• Normalizes the state of the liver.
